Continuing Education Credit:  The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.  State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website:

This program is relevant to the following NASBA fields of study: accounting and auditing (corporate and governmental), business law, economics, finance, taxes, regulatory ethics, and specialized knowledge and applications.

For Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits and others, attendees may submit the certificate of attendance provided and the required application materials to their certifying body.

Credit hours will be determined before each meeting and provided online when available.
